El-Sisi and Kuwaiti Crown Prince Reaffirm Ceasefire in Gaza and Prevent Displacement
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti Crown Prince, stressed the need for an immediate ceasefire and the exchange of hostages and detainees in Gaza.
Both sides emphasized the importance of full access for humanitarian aid and the commencement of reconstruction in the Gaza Strip in accordance with the Arab Peace Plan. They emphasized their rejection of the displacement of Palestinians from their land and the importance of continuing international efforts aimed at reviving a serious political process leading to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the June 4, 1967, borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
The Egyptian presidency stated that the meeting between El-Sisi and the Kuwaiti Crown Prince addressed developments in the regional situation, developments in Syria, regional and international efforts to resolve the Yemeni crisis, and support stability in Sudan.

The Egyptian President expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome, which reflects the deep-rooted relations between Egypt and Kuwait, stressing Egypt's continued commitment to strengthening cooperation with Kuwait in all fields.
El-Sisi praised the active role played by the Egyptian community in supporting the development process in Kuwait, reflecting the close ties between the two brotherly countries.
