Natural hydrogen is formed when certain rocks react with water deep underground and remain trapped beneath thick layers of rock, much like oil and gas. Surprisingly, this gas doesn't leak out as previously thought, but rather remains stored in natural pockets.

Natural hydrogen differs from "green hydrogen," which is produced through complex industrial processes using renewable energy. Here, there's no need for expensive technologies or carbon emissions; it's simply drilling and extraction, making it an economical and environmentally friendly option.

This isn't limited to France. Similar discoveries have been made in Mali, Australia, Spain, and the United States, leading scientists to believe that the Earth has been producing hydrogen for millions of years, and that these treasures have been hidden, waiting to be discovered.

Renewable Energy… and Perhaps Inexhaustible

Initial estimates suggest that trillions of cubic meters of natural hydrogen exist worldwide. Even more exciting is the possibility that this fuel may be self-renewing, making it one of the few inexhaustible energy sources.

If this hypothesis is confirmed, natural hydrogen could become the cheapest and most sustainable fuel, opening the door to a global energy revolution that reduces emissions and transforms the economy.
